Downstairs has spacious lounge with a sleeper sofa, easy chairs and a TV(Upon Request). Also downstairs is a bathroom with bathtub and shower unit. There is a balcony that allows one to enjoy the cool sea breeze and the sounds of the waves.

Upstairs has a King sized bed and full length windows that allows you to see the beach and the ocean below. There is an additional hand basin and WC ensuite. The duplex offers unrivalled views, enormous floor space at incredible value.
